Principes

L’idée principale est que notre système immunitaire est complètement déterminé par l’état de notre flore intestinale, de notre foie et la qualité des aliments. Il faut donc détoxifier ses organes et veiller à avoir une alimentation très saine.

 

Approvisionnement

Pour commencer, il est très important de se fournir dans des magasins bio, associations ou producteurs bio. Les aliments contenant des pesticides perdent la plupart de leurs propriétés ou deviennent nuisibles. La majorité des produits de supermarché labellisés « bio » sont issus d'une agriculture biologique intensive non recommandable (semences hybrides ou modifiées, pesticides en dose ou type « autorisés », mécanisation, culture intensive, monoculture, etc.). Les plus habitués ou disponibles d’entre vous pourront lire les étiquettes et privilégier des aliments produits le plus localement possible (mieux que le « bio » venant de Chine, Thaïlande, Afrique, etc.).

 

Préparation

De plus les aliments fraîchement cuisinés permettent de bénéficier du maximum de leur propriétés. Ainsi il sera préférable de préparer la quantité adéquate à chaque repas ou à chaque jour et d’éviter de réchauffer les aliments de la veille.

 

Autorité, pouvoir nutritionnel & thérapeutique

Les aliments de la liste verte contiennent absolument tous les nutriments nécessaires. La consommation exclusive des aliments de cette liste verte, même à très long terme n’engendre aucune carence bien au contraire. Elle est recommandée par de nombreux médecins, chercheurs, auteurs1 suivant les principes:

- de modèles nutritionnels médicaux et généraux reconnus et largement pratiqués 2

- des modèles de nombreuses traditions alimentaires, à commencer par celles proches de nos arrières grands-parents vivant dans les campagnes, celles de nombreux peuples aborigènes, celles de nombreuses grandes civilisations, etc.

- de modèles nutritionnels de nombreuses traditions médicales telles que Āyurvéda, Prāṇāvaya, Siddha, etc.

- des recommandations diététiques d’un nombre conséquent et croissant d’athlètes de haut niveau.

 

Bienfaits

Ceux qui souhaitent maintenir leur poids, prendre de la masse musculaire ou faire du sport de façon intensive, pourront veiller à manger des quantités majorées particulièrement en féculents car la densité de ce régime est plus basse que celle des régimes conventionnels modernes. D’autre part ceux qui souhaitent perdre de la masse grasse se réjouiront de savoir qu’ils pourront manger même au-delà de leur satiété, afin de rééquilibrer leur poids.

En peu de temps, de nombreuses pathologies et désagréments physiques ou psychiques seront apaisés. En effet selon de nombreux spécialistes et institutions (incluant l’Organisation Mondiale de la Santé, OMS ou WHO)1 les caractéristiques de cette alimentation sont souveraines non-seulement pour accroître notre pouvoir immunitaire mais aussi pour annihiler ou grandement améliorer toutes les maladies modernes nommées (selon les termes exacts de l’OMS) « maladies préventibles », non transmissibles, responsables de 86 % des « morts prématurées » (les quatre principales, selon l’OMS étant : cancer, diabète, accident vasculaire, maladie respiratoire)3.

 

 

En cas de symptômes infectieux (viral ou bactérien) ou en cas d’exposition

→ Consommer exclusivement les aliments de la colonne verte (à l’exception des yaourts de laits végétaux) jusqu’à la fin des symptômes.
